Club Terms & Conditions

General Terms

The club is owned and run by members led by an elected and unelected group of volunteers in a committee.  Members are expected to respect this set up and reflect this in their own behaviour by treating the club facilities with respect and taking responsibility for its security and upkeep.

Facilities are used for the participation in our sports and social activities only.

Safety is paramount and members are expected to be vigilant and challenge fellow members and other visitors when on our premises. Members and visitors are asked to familiarise with our safeguarding policies and keep all access codes to themselves and do not share even if people ask and appear to be authorised members or visitors as codes are available to all members.

The code(s) to access the club/padel courts etc are displayed on the homepage of the members portal that you will gain access to once you’ve purchased / renewed a membership. Please never pass these codes to anybody.
